Acrylic Painting Class
Tuesdays, June 9-July 27

Cost: $75 per 5 week session

Afternoon with an Expert

Play one of the fastest growing sports in America! Pickleball is a racquet sport played by 2-4 people that has elements similar to badminton and tennis. This recreational open play time welcomes all levels to attend.

Badminton is a game played on a rectangular court by two players or two pairs of players equipped with light rackets used to volley a shuttlecock over a high net that divides the court in half. Check out the badminton page for additional information.

Tai Chi

Cost: $50 monthly fee

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Register at the Rec & Tennis Center or by calling 281-403-8637.

Grab your yoga mat and join us for one of our yoga classes! These classes focus on breathing and proper alignment allowing students to work on improving flexibility, balance, and core strength. Open to all levels of experience.

This class teaches participants proper form and technique on various muscular strength and endurance by using a variety of movements.
